Richard Brodie made his 500th career appearance playing for Skelmersdale United against Hyde United at the weekend.

Now living in San Diego, Phil Burns has coached at the San Diego Sea Lions women’s team as well as at the USSF girl's academy. He has recently begun scouting for the USSF.

Having seen his side lose all seven of their opening games, Gary Elphick has resigned as manager of Worthing.

Big mountain to be climbed there, and I'm not just talking about the walk up to Plainmoor! Wish them well, so long as they see sense and roll over for us on 2nd December.

Possible FA Cup game if we don't crash out to a Conf South side as usual...

So, Gary Owers and Martin Khul at Torquay. Good cop bad cop scenario similar to the Waddock/Khul era here (and at Wycombe)? I wonder if James Rowe does the bad cop role here or do our management duo do things differently? JR doesn't come across as a 'bad cop' type of manager.

I wish them well and hope they can stay up

This league needs more torquay's and less Guiseley's

What's wrong with Guiseley?

Friendly club doing their best

There are others I would rather see the back of - Gateshead for a start!
