It’s great that they all go on and are successful. What we need now is success ourselves.

Great team going forward, with only Beccles at the back would leave us very open ;)

It is good that our club can help improve players. It gives the club a good reputation and means players may be more inclined to join if the opportunity arises.

and it is exactly that sort of success for young players that will attract more to follow.

if you were a father of a talented young lad where would you want him to go for an academy - right now southampton are the team with a great record and good ethics

we must become the Southampton of the lower leagues

I think Sonny Bradley was another young lad who developed massively with his spell here on loan.

So many youngsters do not realise their potential by staying put at big clubs playing for U23’s.

Our current most valuable players are one G WADDOCK and J ROWE (COACH)

We are beginning to get a reputation as a club where young players can make a name for themselves and give themselves a platform to play at a higher league. Also we're proving a great place to send talented players on loan.

Long may it continue. I have no problems with being a selling club if it secures our financial stability.
