Took my shirt on Holiday last year... it wasn't the sort of place where anyone had a footy shirt on, quite the opposite! I bottled it and it stayed in the case!

Delivery dates on new one would be nice...

Has there ever been any for sale pre-season before?

I think one year we got them before the end of the season. I think the year the away shirt was sky blue and white strips with Datrontech on the front.

Having checked with the club on 2nd July to check when the shirts wold be available and was told between 10-14 days meaning they should have been available for 13th July at the latest.

I rang again today as there had been no news and the shirts haven't arrived yet but were due any day. I was told the club then had to get the badges, and presumably, sponsors name put on them before they would be available.

They did say they would ring me back with more information but haven't done so yet.

My guess is we may be waiting another couple of weeks yet which is a shame as I ordered one as a birthday present for someone and I'll miss that now.

Anyway, some were asking hence the update.

blah blah blah...
(the article Mr Birdman not you)
all this moaning about kit prices tis all very annoying. simply don't buy it. if people don't buy it, adi, puma, nike will soon reduce the prices...
in the meantime, if people are willing to buy a product at the price you charge why would you not charge 'x' amount!? sound business sense if you ask me.

Surely you find the date you want them to be available from (end of April, early July. whenever) and count back from there however many days Adidas tell you it takes to make and deliver? Add a few days in as a buffer and there's your deadline. Mine was on pre-order but I'd like it before Christmas

You would think so, given conventional resourcing and planning. Maybe that wasnt possible

Sounds simple but I guess if you are the manufacturer and you have a few thousand Man United, Chelsea, Arsenal etc shirts to ship round the world in addition to those sold in the UK, you would give those priority over a couple of hundred or so Shots shirts.

And that I believe is the issue. Clubs like ours are I would suggest, way down the priority chain.

Shirts are in and are having badges embroidered on and logos printed.
