Read Richard Petty's comment on p4 posted at 11:43 am. It clarifies things.
Does it? I'm not sure it does, sorry.
I must admit Shots 1954 I also thought my earlier post fully explained it and it was later quoted by ACA who also seems to feel my explanation covered it. Not sure what more could be added to clarify it further other than getting someone who was at the council meeting you refer to confirming what I said.
A competent litigation lawyer would take that apart Richard, to quote Danny Searle, it is what it is. Love of The Game rules okay and you can't see it .......

I beg to differ.

Maybe you should calm down a bit before you post again, it's clearly been a frustrating day and lashing out isn't helping anyone.

Oh Ancient one who are you referring to? I hope you are not referring to me as I was asking a genuine question of concern and got clarification.
Absolutely not good sir.

One moaner takes offence on your behalf (which you have admirable commented on) and the usual suspects pile in just for the sake of moaning. There are ulcers coming I fear!

What a sad bunch in a world where there is so much more to worry / moan about

And well spotted Birdie
Another bigman behind the key board and you believe all what you are being fed? Get a life this is rubbish. Oh and I was there on Thursday...
Can you tell us what issues you publicly raised with SA on Thursday night?

Others raised the issues. It is very poor when someone in your position makes comments as you do.....

Were all the issues that bother you raised and can I take it that you said nothing and were completely satisfied with SA’s answers?

Re your 2nd sentence, my “position” doesn’t mean that I’m not entitled to contribute to the forum. I don’t believe that my comments go ott and when I make a mistake I’m not backward in holding my hand up.

I have to be honest I am not sure what the heck you are talking about there is nothing legal in dispute here, so what would a litigation lawyer be looking at ?????

I don't get your issue, there was a bit of confusion over the use of the company name "Love of the game" so the question that Chris Myles originally asked was understandable and very valid. Because I was still involved with the club at the time I happen to know why the name was used, when the name was used and also when it was changed, all I have done is try to be helpful by explaining it in a way that I thought was simple and very clear and which others seem to have understood.

If for some reason you still suspect that Love of the game is still active can I suggest you look on Companies House for yourself (it's free to do and anyone can) and confirm for your self that it is indeed a dormant company and has been since 2013.

Richard, whilst I don't disagree with what you are saying, I have to point out that, whilst a company can be dormant one minute, it can be active the next.
That said, I am not implying anything regarding the company concerned

Perhaps Heron Wood can give us his/her take on this matter?

My original question about you attending the fans forum was posted three and a half hours after you stated that ‘you were there’. It wasn’t “criticizing”, it was a genuine question, as was my question in my first paragraph (in bold) above which you haven’t answered.

Your absolutely right it could start trading again at any time but that's not what Shots 1954 is trying to insinuate, he is suggesting that it already is trading and is trying to wind people up that it is somehow involved in the ownership of the club, which it clearly isn't. To be certain I have checked on companies house and as of today it is still dormant.

It depends on what one’s interpretation of ‘answered’ is.
