Hartlepool v Woking

Half time Hartlepool 1-0 Woking

Two poor decisions going against Woking so far, goal ruled out wrongly for offside and then a very harsh handball decision, giving away a penalty which Hartlepool scored.

Yep, Woking deserve to be winning this, yet again poor refereeing affecting games that make or break a teams season.

Woking's performance tonight is light years ahead of ours today. Flair, competitiveness, teamwork. Very good side for this level. You can see why they are top.

How did we manage to beat them then?

Good point for Woking. Denied a penalty in added time.

That would’ve been very soft!

Good question Timothy. As you know I missed the start of the season on holiday. You will need to enlighten me on how the Shots won that game because I was not there. Tonight Woking did a good job - should not be underestimated.

Like the penalty Woking gave away! Not a Woking lover - far from it - just appreciate a good side.

I’m beginning to think they can win this league now, 10 gone, getting on for a quarter of the season on the old clock, be interesting to see what price they are to win it, I can however ruin things for them by simply making a phone call to MR hill or stok on Trent’s finest!

To be quiet honest in that game they were bloody awful and spent a lot of the game launching the ball into orbit. Surprising to see them so high on that showing but does back up my belief that this league has become pretty mediocre
