I have been a critic of his in the past, but I must say he's had an excellent season. Well deserved Lewis!

One thing the management have got right, is creating an environment where the players are happy.
This foresight will encourage young players to join the club as a good stepping stone to their future.
It will also make it harder for the better players to move on.
I know the saying " Money isn't everything" doesn't apply so much in what can be a short career, regards football, but making the decision to move on is made harder when you enjoy your job.

I take your point shammo, but the telling thing will be how different the Shots will be as a club after the lock down and the wriggling to survive when all starts up again...... We've been in this position of debt and escape for too long now and change seems to be only over the "My dead body" principle. It's going to take more than setting up a management lap dog to survive this horror.........
