Capital Holdings were a conduit to gain control of Hartlepool at extortionate interest rates and a 100k loan fee. there were connections between the company and the club.

Macclesfield shareholding is up to circa 5m mainly owned by the previos acting chairman Amar Alkadhi. HNW loans may be a difficulty here as they are charged against the ground and not an individual.
