Never known that before, who for anyway? Manchester United and the reserves?
Believe it was Bayern Munich and then played for Wales.
Incredible, were Wales playing Germany?
Wales v Czechoslovakia in Prague, then Bayern v Borussia Mönchengladbach.

Hughes came on in the 63rd minute in the Bayern game, not so bad, except it was a cup replay and it finished 1-1. So Hughes had to play through extra time as well. Bayern ended up winning 3-2.

Yes the Thames Estuary Galacticos did not look to impressive. Is Gary Waddock still involved with Southend ?

A great role model for Gareth Bale 500k a week and about 2 games a season.
