Not seen this mentioned but he’s been sacked and replaced by Paul Scholes temporarily.....
Unbeaten this season but his style of play isn’t suited now allegedly !
There in fifth position

And, while they are unbeaten so far this season, on Saturday they only drew at home to a Tranmere side who had asked for the game to be called off due to the number of players they had missing for coronavirus-related reasons.

In addition to disappointing results, it was also felt the style of football Alexander's team was producing did not match expectations.

It is understood Salford's head of youth development, Warren Joyce, would have taken over but he is currently isolating.

Scholes is not thought to be a contender to take the job on a full-time basis.

...meanwhile we're top of Conference South this morning, 100% consistency rate this season, so our guy has gone in asking for a raise!! :D

(hopefully, our consistency index will have dropped by this time tomorrow!)

Would be surprised to see them drop to league 2 but I suppose money talks so you never know!

I don't think they are currently anywhere after Huddersfield.

Sorry I meant they’re probably looking for a league 1 or Championship job but as I say you never know. Could be a project that appeals to them!

Ah yes. I think with the right discussions and thinking it could be something they would relish.

I wonder if they ever applied for the job with The Shots?
