Hey, you beat me to it by one minutechimpster99 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 17, 2021 1:47 pmLooking at their forum it appears Danny is barely in the reckoning for the Northampton job.
However, Matt Gray is now second favourite with his odds shortening by the hour.

If Matt is the chosen one, then I will say that it will be deserved.chimpster99 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 17, 2021 1:47 pmLooking at their forum it appears Danny is barely in the reckoning for the Northampton job.

Yep, I have a lot of time for Matt Gray, very likeable, a talented coach and well respected by the players.bordon shot wrote: ↑Wed Feb 17, 2021 2:05 pmIf Matt is the chosen one, then I will say that it will be deserved.chimpster99 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 17, 2021 1:47 pmLooking at their forum it appears Danny is barely in the reckoning for the Northampton job.

Yeah - our chairman!!Somerset Shot wrote: ↑Wed Feb 17, 2021 10:18 amStranger things have happened. All it takes is for a clueless Chairman to be dazzled by some certificates and the excitement of how much money could be saved compared to the last guy. Unlikely I know, but there could be such clubs out there.

If not by a number of Shots supporters!Richard Petty wrote: ↑Wed Feb 17, 2021 2:14 pmYep, I have a lot of time for Matt Gray, very likeable, a talented coach and well respected by the players.
Honestly though, I could never fathom why he got such stick when he was with us. It seemed to be based entirely on the fact he joined us from Eastleigh. He seemed to get blamed for every bad result we had.

Re: Cobblers!!
And these are the same supporters calling for Danny to go......says it all I'm afraid. This club will go nowhere until everyone is pulling in the same direction. At the moment everyone seems intent on pulling the club apart at a time when least needed.Old Bob wrote: ↑Wed Feb 17, 2021 9:02 pmIf not by a number of Shots supporters!Richard Petty wrote: ↑Wed Feb 17, 2021 2:14 pmYep, I have a lot of time for Matt Gray, very likeable, a talented coach and well respected by the players.
