Re: National League Predictions
Yep, he pleads with Aldershot fans not to be too harsh on him, but with the last few seasons and info available, you can't really argue with anyone tipping us for the drop. We just have to hope the signings gel well and we can have a better season. The sign of a good manager is getting the team to play better than the sum of its parts. Something we have rarely done since 2017.
Over to you Mark.

Re: National League Predictions
I don't think York will make the playoffs. And I don't think Barnet will finish as low as 23rd. But it's hard to disagree with the other predictions.

I would have gone for Scunthorpe to be relegated again.

Re: National League Predictions
I thought an odd set of predictions in my opinion.
Probably agree with Gateshead having a struggle. I personally the weaker looking squads to date are:
Wealdstone
Dorking
Maidstone
Gateshead
Maidenhead
York
Eastleigh
So surprised that he put both Barnet and ourselves - also odd that he had daggers 5th bottom.
My view is:
Wrexham
Solihull
Notts county
Chesterfield
Bromley
Southend
Torquay
Relegation
Eastleigh
Gateshead
Wealdstone
Maidenhead

Re: National League Predictions
I can't see Dorking struggling. With a full squad they were destroying teams last year, they've made a few decent additions and with the type of football they play I really wouldn't be surprised if they made the play offs. You heard it here first.

Re: National League Predictions
I can see Wrexham and Notts fighting it out at the top this season, well clear of the rest.
Torquay have lost key players, haven't replaced them and their financial worries seem to be re-surfacing.
Yeovil also have problems off the field and haven't set the world alight with transfers.
Up: Wrexham
POs: Notts Co, Solihull, Chesterfield, Bromley, Southend, Dagenham
Contention: Oldham, Halifax, Boreham Wood, Dorking
Anonymous: Woking, Aldershot, York, Barnet, Altrincham
Nervous: Scunthorpe, Maidstone, Torquay, Eastleigh
Down: Wealdstone, Yeovil, Maidenhead, Gateshead

Re: National League Predictions
Cash money. Success in this league is now pretty closely correlated to budget.
