Re: This week
Still reckon he'll go with three CB's but with two wingbacks

Re: This week
McQuoid was voted their "PoY" this past season.
He was captain and Cordner was v-c.

Re: This week
I hope that's not the case. Would like to see these two sign plus a decent GK to complete the squad.redandbluescb wrote: ↑Thu Jun 16, 2022 9:33 pm I take it this means Sylla and Ndjoli are not here next season ?????.

Re: This week
From this I would definitely take that Ndjoli will be off somewhere else, not sure about Sylla though. Still look quite thin on the ground in the central midfield department. Wouldn’t be surprised if Ngalo signs on soon.

Lol....no chance of ever getting Armstrong...that boy will be in L1 or above. Might as well say it is a big disappointment we didnt sign Haaland.

Certainly a few exciting ones in there. Lots of rebuilding to do. TIM hopefully.
Need to know re Keeper and whether the others are staying or going now.
Surely Harry P now doesn't fit.

The old saying goes "You can please some of the people some of the time, but you will never please all the people all the time." In fact sometimes it seems impossible to even please some of the people any of the time

Re: This week
There was an unverified message on Facebook to a fan. Allegedly from Laurie. Seemed to imply a move here has been discussed but distance from home (and his other business?) was too far for a permanent move to work.Shots2000 wrote:Hopefully we can Laurie W backAnon E Mouse wrote: ↑Thu Jun 16, 2022 9:40 pm Certainly a few exciting ones in there. Re: This week
Well done Mark and the management team, definitely been busy,
As others have said, certainly nice and refreshing to have the core of a squad settled in before the friendlies start rather than panning for gold in a 100 triallists at Badshot Lea and Totton.
Some promising solid signings too with experience at this level. I was never too impressed with McQuoid or Effiong when I've seen them play, but it's definitely time for a fresh slate and we can judge them from now. Others look either solid or exciting with potential so let's cross our fingers and hope for a better season.
