Waiting to see which way the property market goes, before deciding on houses, flats or industrial units.

Re: Lease
The proposal has been carefully presented so that nobody has any responsibility.
In other words its politically correct for purpose and the status quo.
Whilst there is acceptance of the individuals responsible for this malais, nobody will do anything.

Sure there was info regarding furlough money being saved for the ground development planning etc. The silence from the club and chairmen is hot helping once again. Something must be happening??????

Apparently they are having a dual event, lease signing and new Shirts arriving.
Place your bets to which happens first.

Re: Lease
Even if the club came out and said some thing about the lease and a new design of what the ground would look like fans would still moan, don't like that east bank not big enough don't look right with the floods gone ect ect, at 71 it may be to late for me to see the change but with out the rebuild this club will go no where the ground as it is is past its sell buy date, first game 1955 at the age of 4 the east bank terrace had not long been built .

Re: Lease
So many clubs have passed us by that we used to consider small fry. We can just about keep up with Maidenhead ( a good club by the way). They have announced a new ground. Still absolutely nothing from our Chairmen. Perhaps its all a pipe dream. We do not seem to be getting anywhere fast. A continual decline although hopeful of improvement on the pitch. A new ground a must have.
