Searle has been a youth team boss most of his life, he isn't used to/doesn't issue orders/shout at players as you probably can't do that when he was doing this role, its not his nature and very much to our detriment, hence why we concede so many goals at the end of halves! Theres no organising and telling the players, and before you know we concede and we're back in the dressing room and he tells them then, buts its too late then!

Its not his fault he got the job, but he is way way out of his depth.
Reference your last line, can I please add, so is the nincompoop who appointed Danny?

The board won't do anything
Gave Searle a 2 year contract based on what?
All the time the budget keeps getting cut we can't progress
Players aren't good enough or the formation doesn't work
No wingers in a club is a joke
Need gary hill type tough and got contacts

Exactly Shahid's the man who wanted to keep Barry Smith & Waddock after his disaster and who gave Danny a 2 year deal.... The buck stops with him.

Yep no wingers is a total joke agree!

Steve King would be the man, but why would he leave Dartford.... Neil Smith has contacts and Molesley has had 2 promotions in 3 seasons as a boss! Any of them is good for me.

Why do we have so many coaching staff ? There were six or seven there today,we even have a coach for opposition analysis (that's working well). The players are working hard and have good technical ability, they just don't seem to be managed very well.Lots of head scratching but little direction or tactical nous. Another painful day and another £20 gone to help pay the wages of all those coaches.

Is disgusting and probably eating into our playing budget, i mean who has 7 coaches for 13/14 senior players, no team in the land im certain of this!

Its certainly working well with zero points from 15, Shahid should be on top of this now and if not letting Searle go then some coaches.

Shahid is sadly going nowhere, why would he.

Unlike predecessors I still only think he is in it for himself and the potential from the ground development, which I have no doubt we will all hear about again later this week.

Not good. I'm struggling to defend that. We had our moments and it was a crushing way to lose a game, but Solihull had some great chances before then which better teams would have punished us with. Solihull weren't anything special, no way we should be losing games like that.

Five losses in our first five games this season. No wins and 1 point from our last 9 league games. Not good and what makes it even worse is that we don't seem to be learning lessons. Conceding goals at the ends of halfs is a problem that plagued us for large parts of last season, it's inexcusable that this is still an issue.

£20 is a lot for any team at National League level, let alone to watch a team that couldn't beat an egg. Today's attendance was alarmingly low, but I don't see it picking up any time soon.

With the playing budget so low why waste the money on coaches?

With the team performing so badly the coaches are surely not very good

Agreed, but all Hill did is moan about the Budget when he was at Woking!

Just back from my 260 mile round trip to watch that shambles. I’m done for this season unless there are changes at the top.
Your lucky my combined round trip is 490 miles for a home game.

Neil Smith or Mark Molesley please get yourself ready.

I half expect the fans forum to be cancelled if we lose Tuesday.

Even if the manager were to get the boot, my next concern is that the club have a recent track record of making bad appointments. We don't seem to have had anyone on the board who is a shrewd judge of a manager since Mr McGinty passed on. Who knows what disaster we would end up with next. I just hope that Deane Wood might be some improvement on that front.
