Go now Searle!

Post by Danny's Shovel » Sat Sep 11, 2021 8:33 pm

I would have tacked this on the last thread but has gone.

Anyone still want him?

Just a simple stay or go i guess.

I'll start.... Go, and now don't to wait till we lose to Southend!

Ordinarily I'd happily contribute to a GoFund Me type thing to pay him off, but to be honest the BoD can go **** themselves.
If Shaz wants to play cheapskate and offer Coco another 2 years then he can dip into his own saving and bin him off.

I said on here that he should have went in November 2019, after losing 6-1 at Dagenham. We were a complete shambles that day. No reason to change my mind almost 2 years later. I do not like seeing anyone lose their job, but he should do the honourable thing and resign. But we all know that that will not happen.

Go on now, GO.
Walk out the door.
Just turn around now.
'Cause you're not welcome anymore.

And let’s be honest - why should he? Would you walk out of a two-year contract? You’d wait for those above to make the decision and hope for a pay-off.

I second that. He knows he will unlikely get another job like this again so may as well milk it for all it is worth.

As a matter of fact I resigned from my last employ 2 years ago as a matter of principle, and took early retirement.

Stenhouse, I don't know your circumstances but I can't imagine you were doing as bad as job as Searle. I am sure your resignation was admirable, however Searle won't have the option of early retirement either. He ain't going anywhere, especially now he has all his mates in a job too.
